Pain Behind Ear Why Do I Get A Sharp Pain Behind My Left Ear?

Why do i get a sharp pain behind my left ear? - pain behind ear

Yesterday I was always a sharp pain behind my left ear and is very intense and makes me dizzy and feel weird for a while. Well, I'm a pain in my left ear, why is that? Is this serious? So I'm absolutely horrible agonizing pain in the chest at the top left once or twice evreyday now. The other day I had all this pain, plus a sore left shin / ankle.
Please help!
