Do I qualify for the $8000 tax credit for building a home? - first time home buyer certificate
My wife and I are first time home buyers, and we build a new house this spring / summer. When we receive the certificate of occupancy and have our mortgage last July 30, 2009, we do not qualify for first home buyers loans for $ 8000?
